Automated puzzle solvers, scripted claiming and bot-assisted first solves are not permitted in the live competition.
Do not create or coordinate accounts to evade rate limits, human verification or leaderboard controls.
A correct board receives its canonical server-side submit time before any extra human check. Turnstile latency is not added to the recorded solve time.
What PUZRU checks
Fair-play signals can include server-observed round timing, recent solve patterns, account or credential age, Passkey counter anomalies and verification history. A fast solve is a risk signal, not automatic proof of cheating.
Challenges stay attached to the round
If a correct claim is selected for human verification, waiting longer or retrying does not create a newer race time or remove the requirement. The first correct server receipt remains the canonical submit time for that player and round. Earlier eligible claims keep priority during a bounded verification window, while later players can still submit and verify without taking that earlier timestamp.
False positives and questions
Security systems can make mistakes. If you believe a legitimate solve was blocked, note the round number and contact PUZRU through the Contact page. Never send session cookies or Passkey secrets.
