For gameplay issues, include the round number, device/browser and what you expected to happen. For account-access questions, include your public PUZRU handle only. For a security report, describe the affected route or behavior and the minimum steps needed to reproduce it. The machine-readable disclosure route is security.txt.
Privacy by default
This page does not use a public contact form, so PUZRU does not need to collect support-message content into the game database just to let you get in touch. For questions about account data, fair-play telemetry or advertising technologies, read the PUZRU Privacy Notice, Fair Play Policy and Terms of Use or use the same public contact address.
